• Manufacturers may change product specifications without prior notice

• All prices are listed in INR
• Full payment is required to confirm an order
• We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders due to pricing errors

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

• Pre-order items are fulfilled only after stock is received from the manufacturer
• Estimated arrival timelines depend on the manufacturer's release schedule and are subject to change without prior notice
• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful deposit payment
• Delays from manufacturer or logistics partners may occur and are beyond our control
• Allocation is on a strictly first-come, first-served basis
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, under any circumstances
• The pre-order deposit will be forfeited in full if the balance payment is not completed within 7 days of receiving the payment link via email. This 7-day window may be revised at our sole discretion without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to complete the payment within the timeframe communicated.

• Orders are shipped within timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy
• Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier

• No cancellations once an order is shipped
• No refunds after shipping under any circumstances
• Returns are only accepted in case of:
  • Damaged product during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

All return requests must comply with our Returns Policy.
