Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances

• All preorder items are confirmed based on advance commitment
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed on preorder deposits/payments
• Delivery timelines for preorders depend on supplier availability

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

Conditions for return eligibility:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Preorder items
• Orders once shipped
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Items without original packaging

• No refunds will be provided once an order is shipped
• Approved claims (if any) will be resolved via replacement only
• Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share unboxing video and clear images
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement

• Minor imperfections in packaging or manufacturer defects are common in collectibles and do not qualify as damage
• We ensure secure packaging, but transit risks are beyond our direct control
