• International shipping is not available at this time

• Preorders: Dispatched within 7 days after stock arrival

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination
• Charges may vary depending on quantity and packaging requirements

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active

• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details
• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
• Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner

We take great care in packaging collectibles. However, in case of damage:

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is strongly recommended for verification
• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
